Great news! Smartlist Beta is here! With new and robust security enhancements, you'll love using this app in no time!
Here's a quick overview
Material Design Dashboard
We used to use MDbootstrap for our dashboard, but now, we use Materialize CSS for a cleaner look!
Drag to select items in your kitchen
We wanted to test this feature out. Go on a desktop and drag to select items. You can alternatively use the CTRL + CLICK method or SHIFT + CLICK method. Tell us what you feel about this in the comments below. If we feel that you like it, we'll implement it on all rooms!
- Find a recipe!
Ever went scrambling your mind wondering what to make for dinner? You can go to Smartlist, select the kitchen, and click on the 3 dots. There, you can click on "Find a recipe". Now, you no longer have to wonder what to cook next!!!
Smartlist has multiple rooms! Now, you can access your inventory from any device!!!
Better Search results!
Ever tried searching for an item, and you just can't find it? Now, you can filter by rooms to make your searches more precise.
For the pros - Ever wanted to quickly go to the next room and switch back to the previous room, or search an item quickly? You can now press CTRL F to search items, CTRL E to go to your settings, CTRL B to go to your budget meter, and CTRL S to add an item! Want any more? Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Bottom navigation on mobile removed
Ever struggled typing on your phone and trying to hide that pesky bar? Check it out! Now, there is a
compact button at the bottom right corner
We wanted to make Smartlist a safer site, so we decided to add Cloudflare, and now, our site is secure from DdoS attacks! We also decided to use PHP PDO, which prevents losers from gaining access to all your items. Your login page, register page, and dashboard are fully encrypted!!
Improved Budget Meter!!!
Want to set a goal on how much you spend, and try not to exceed it? Press CTRL B, and scroll to the very bottom of the list. You will see a section where you can set a limit on the amount you spend. Once you set it, the page will reload, and you will see a red line where you set the goal (on the dashboard's graph)
Now, have you ever felt that the push notifications are a bit annoying at times? Now, you can view all your notifications in one neat spot - by clicking on the notifications icon next to the search field. There, you can view every single one of your notifications without any disturbances.
Did you know that you can set the amount of notifications you receive? All you need to do is go to the settings, press notifications, and set a custom range for your items!
Thank you all so much for helping me in the development of this site
Until next time!
